We’re 100% committed to ensuring you have no regrets once you have your own e-bike. Here are all the other reasons you should order your new electric bike from us:
- We’re a specialist electric bike shop, and we’re the North West of England’s only Riese & Müller specialist. Find out more about E-Radicals.
- You can test ride all our bikes. We have an extensive range of bikes available for you to test ride. You can book a test ride today.
- We’re official dealers for Riese & Müller, Gazelle and Tern bikes. We’re also an official Bosch service centre, and a Fazua certified partner.
- We’re a Cytech Accredited bike shop. Our mechanics are Cytech Level 3 certified master technicians.
- We include a six-week service and your bike’s first annual service for free. We also provide you with a courtesy bike whenever you bring your bike in for a service – we’ll keep you on the road. And you’re always welcome to pop in for free adjustments and advice.
What happens when I order my new bike from E-Radicals?
Riese & Müller and Gazelle primarily sell bikes that are tailored to the customer’s specification and needs. Your order goes to either Riese & Müller’s factory near Frankfurt, or Gazelle’s factory near Arnhem, where your bike is handbuilt and then delivered to our shop within 3-6 weeks. When it arrives we take care of setting it up for you and carry out a series of final safety checks.
We offer a complimentary six-week service along with your first annual service. The six-week service is to ensure that all the screws, bolts and components on your bike have bedded in properly and that nothing has worked itself loose. We can also take care of any adjustments you’d like.
Sometimes bikes are available from the manufacturer immediately. In this case we can sometimes offer a discount, and we’re usually able to get the bike delivered to the shop within a week.
If you buy an electric bike that we have in stock, we’ll normally have it set up and ready for delivery or for you to collect within one working day.
